1. The service
Purpurly is a personal journal and habit tracker that turns your days into a literary manuscript. The service is provided as is, with care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. One account is intended for one person.
You may close your account at any time — on request we delete your stored entries.
3. Your content
Everything you write — notes, chapters, quotes, projects — remains yours. You keep full copyright.
You grant us only the technical right to store and process your text as needed to operate and sync the app.
4. Acceptable use
No attempts to breach security, scrape other people's content, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Content and guidance
Prompts and guidance in the app are reflective aids and are not medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
6. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will notify you in the app before the changes take effect.
